NyLas
The name of the band, NyLas comes from the names of the two members, LAbi and arNY. Their music is characterized as easy listening with electronic music, sometimes fused with folks and rocks. These two adults nearing their 30s are in love and inspired with children’s songs. They often write songs filled with childlike fantasies and innocence that uplift the spirit of listeners. NyLas performs in a fashion that’s simple yet humorous and often makes their audience feel lighthearted afterward.
They recently release their first complete album “/’naɪləs/”. This unique musical album not only records all the wonderful songs, but is also a picture book illustrated by LAbi. Behind every song, NyLas tells a story with words and illustrations attempting to draw listeners deeper into their wonderful fantasies beyond musical notes.
